As we begin to plan for the next release of Visual Studio (code named Orcas) new teams are forming around the Orcas 'pillars'.  One of the main goals of Orcas is to help developers target Windows Vista, and take advantage of all the great stuff therein - namely WinFX, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, etc.

So after more than a year of making sure the Visual Studio 2005 Generic Bootstrapper rocked, I will be moving on to work on the Visual Studio WCF designer experience.  I really can't offer any more details than that since we still planning what that experience will be.  But, I am super excited to be playing with some cutting edge technology.

So I'd still love to answer any Bootstrapper questions and/or forward feedback to the appropriate people, but in the future I'll probably be posting about all the great things you can do in Visual Studio Orcas to allow applications to communication.
