It's almost that time of year again... where we ask you for feedback on where we've done a good job and where we need to improve. 

As part of this effort to improve partner & customer satisfaction, we are sponsoring the Global Relationship Study. This is designed to directly shape Microsoft’s products and services, which in turn will help us meet your needs and help millions of users worldwide to have a better experience.
