The We Are Microsoft - Charity Challenge Weekend is a 3-day volunteer charity event we're sponsoring that matches developers and their skills to the IT needs of local Charities.  The volunteer developers will work together to build the needed application(s) for the charity they pick.  The charities will have representatives there to help explain what they're looking for in a new application, and cheer on their volunteers.  At the end of the 3 day event, we all get back together to vote on the best results, and award some cool prizes.
