I don't know if any of you have run into this problem yet, but it's freaky.  Basically what I've seen is WPF applications created in VS2K5 then converted to Orcas B2 give the following error:

IOException: Cannot locate resource blah.xaml

Not sure what's going on, but this post provides one avenue to fix it.  It's not worked every time for me, but it has proved useful.  Use it in good health...
