A couple of interesting quote from an article in Macworld:

“If the trend from previous surveys holds, IIS 7 should be the dominant web server for Fortune 1000 sites by 2011.”

"Microsoft ASP.NET and ASP application server environments are currently used on 51.5 percent of Fortune 1000 sites, an increase of 7.9 percent since 2005."

At the bottom of the article is also some interesting comments from Robin Bloor, founder and chief research officer of Bloor Research, about his prediction that Linux will ultimately dominate the server market.
