NCH Streamlines Research and Analysis of new Technologies

We released a case study with NCH Corporation about their experience in building a custom sales-force automation solution that integrated with their Oracle ERP solution.

The case study is written from the perspective of visiting one of our Microsoft Technology Centers - a resource we have available to customers and partners where you interact with Microsoft technology experts to help you design or prove out a solution.

This solution is about enabling people - in this case their sales force - by providing an easy-to-use solution tailored to their needs.

I see this trend more and more as companies mature their ERP implementation.  They leverage the rock-solid back-end transaction system with dynamic and tailored front-ends.  In this case, it is built for the sales force.  In other cases solutions are built for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or marketing.
