Queensland VSTS User group Moving to Thursday Nights

If you are lucky enough to live in Brisbane then you will probably want to know the QLD VSTS Usergroup is moving to Thursday nights.  Next months meeting is jam packed with great content with two sessions one on Build and the other on editing Process Templates.

Next Meeting

Thursday 19th Mar 2009
Full details and RSVP at

Part 1: The Build is Broken – Tell the world!

In the first part of the session, we’ll look at some great ways of providing visibility of the build status to all team members. While a few of the things demonstrated will be very practical, I promise to include a few impractical but fun alternatives as well.

Part 2: Getting more from Team System through process template customisation

The two out-of-the-box process templates provided in VSTS are examples of very minimal process templates. With just a little effort you can get significantly more value from Team System by using customised process templates. In this session we’ll have a look at some of the things you should consider changing.

As always, anyone is very welcome to attend our meeting and we would appreciate it if you could RSVP using the following link to assist us in arranging the catering.
