Project communications is a critical but often overlooked component of successful project management. Bill & Bruce will provide project managers with methods and techniques to enhance your project communications. There will be four major areas covered in this presentation. These include:

•  How to succeed at project communications
•  Top project communication tools.

Carl Chatfield and the MPA Board presents: Prepare for the new MS Project exam with your peers at the Puget Sound MPA chapter

Join us at our September – December chapter meetings for demos and hands-on practice with the learning objectives of the new Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) exam 70-632 covering the Microsoft Project desktop application. The prep sessions are led by Carl Chatfield, author of the popular Project Step by Step books, and hands-on help is available from the MPA chapter officers (all Project experts as well). Whether you take the exam or not, these prep sessions will give you a thorough introduction to the major features of MS Project and hear real-world advice about their best uses.
