Received a question today from somebody trying to upgrade their Team Foundation Server 2005 from trial to the full version. In this case they are trying to use their volume license. Included below is the table for upgrading Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2005 trial and Team Foundation Server work group edition (wge) to full versions both for volume licensed (vl) and full packaged product retail(FPP)
