6 Blue tooth remote controlled cars given out at TechEd

Something i have been working on  is to have a race track at TechEd -and giving away the cars at the end of the event!

The cars will be given out on the last day (Friday) at the “Mobile Industry Showcase and Remote Control Car Awards” session (abstract below) for the racers with the fastest lap times through out – note racers must be present to win….These cars are very cool and worth over $800 each!…the cars started out life as normal Tamiya QD cars then we did $700 worth of modifications on them to run with blue tooth then had them fully logoed up for the event. (see picture below)

*Note the price listed at that site doesn’t include chargers, the 3* 1100mA batteries, the graphics work or the blue tooth modifications (the blue tooth mod is $700/car alone)

The presentation will then role in to another health industry demonstration by the Developer lead of Autumncare software followed by the developer lead of McSoft and how they build Windows Mobile applications for the largest car manufactures on the planet followed by Calum Russell to show off the latest devices coming in the next quarter from HP, i-Mate and O2 and finally the awards of the Windows Mobile powered remote control cars, worth over $800 each, to the lucky racers with the top lap times!”
