Announcing the Windows CE Base Team blog

This blog will be used for posts by the Microsoft Windows CE "base" team, comprising the kernel and storage areas of the OS.  I'd say that it was low-low-low where you can't get any lower level in the OS than us, but the BSP team does really qualify for that.  We overlap with that team a bit, and may discuss some BSP / OAL topics now and then... or invite them to contribute here too.

I'll be asking each contributor to post a short bio for themselves when they get started, so that you can know who we all are.
