Microsoft Premier Field Engineering is giving me an amazing opportunity to spend a few weeks with our technical support team in Las Colinas (Texas) starting this weekend.
I will be spending as much time as I can with the best Active Directory support team in the world and trying to pick up some new skills that I can use to better support Canberra Customers.
Boring blog post so far… but it has a purpose! I wanted to give you a heads up that I will be making time to blog any new skills, techniques, tips or tricks that I learn from our AD support team. If nothing else, it will help me remember all the information, but I do hope something here turns out to be really useful to you at some point.
