Fix on Software boundaries and limits for SharePoint 2013 documentation

Hi

It has been detected a bug documentation on Software boundaries and limits for SharePoint 2013 https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262787.aspx for Spanish, Italian and French languages, among others languages except English.

The bug is concerning the Web Applciation section that does not reflect that SharePoint 2013 supports farms of 20 Web Application or less.

Now, the bug is on fix process.

BTW, the documentation on English prevails over the other languages.
