Jasper Smith has created a cool tool called Reporting Services Scripter that creates scripts from an existing Reporting Services server that you can use to apply to a new server. We have some new scripting functionality in the release of SQL Server 2005 Management Studio but he includes more features and it works with SQL 2000 RS. The download site seems to be down right now but I'm sure it will be back up soon.
