I’ve mentioned Premier Support for Developers (PSfD) before but when I saw this video I thought it bore mentioning again. While it lists the Technical Account Manager (TAM) as the point of contact as opposed to the Application Development Manager (ADM), it none the less is a good video (~9 MB) illustrating all of the services PSfD can provide.
