This month, we've updated the testing terms for .NET Framework benchmarks. Here's a link to the details:

Microsoft .NET Framework Benchmark Testing Terms

The right to disclose the results of any benchmark test of the Microsoft .NET Framework has been modified. The new provision included with this notice will replace the terms currently stated in the Supplemental EULA regarding this subject. Except for this modification, all other terms and conditions of this Supplemental EULA will continue to apply to your use of the .NET Framework.
