I've seen DateLens before for the Pocket PC, but I didn't realize that there was a free version available for Outlook. This is amazingly cool. Check it out here. Be sure to watch the movie on the page. It explains what's going on with the tool.

I checked it out – it’s really cool! It’ll be a permanent feature in my Outlook calendar. Thanks.

Pretty cool but why is it not included as a pane on outlook instead of a window. I think thats one drawback of this plugin is that it does not integrate well into outlook panes.

Installing this because its managed C# code it hangs Outlook as it loads the runtime.

I think I will pass because startup times are shit.

I run a 1GB ram machine with a 2Ghz CPU and applications hanging like this I dont want.

I was also surprised that this ran in an external window. The installation is a little flakey on my machine. If I come up with some workarounds to the performance problems, I’ll let you know. It looks like this might have some ink capabilities also, so I’ll try this on my Tablet PC and see what enhancements that brings.
