Azure Web Sites update

Wow... I really do love Azure Web Sites.  The integration with the new version of visual studio and the ability to do continuous delivery... awesome!

I know this has been possible for a while, but you got to hand it to the Azure and VS teams. When they get the scenario nailed it is really great.

Just out of the box VS template and a quick publish. On the internet and testing out my idea in < 5 minutes including coding time.
