Yet another CLR perf blogger…

I am very happy to see that the PM of managed code perf herself just started a blog… Maoni Stephens starts of by telling us all about the GC perf counters.

    Ya know, all of these MSFT blogs are great, but they suck too. They’re great in the sense that they’re providing insight into many aspects of the runtime that I normally wouldn’t have a chance to glean from anywhere else.

    But they suck because all of this info *should* be available in the docs. It should be in one place that’s sanctioned and maintained by MSFT. Having to know info on GC perf is at blog X, and info on internal WinForms rendering is at blog Y is far too cumbersome.

    I’m sure I’m not the first to make this comment/request, but it’s really starting to get out of hand, IMO.

    My $0.02 — keep the change 😛
