of unhandled exceptions occurring in a thread pool thread, but we don’t get the
notification in our AppDomain.UnhandledExceptionHandler method that we’re
subscribed to.  We’re on 3705 v1.0 framework (sp2).  Is this a known
issue?  If it is, is it fixed in style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Everett style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> (which we’re moving to in the next
few days)?  If not, what to do?
