Great. Can’t wait till that day. Though I’ve already started using VS 2005. In addition to that…do you know where I can get a copy of the latest build of Longhorn?

  2. Tom says:

We have to take any launch dates with a grain of salt, based on previous experience. It is clear that releasing on time is not the top priority.

  3. When you get an error message like this:

"attaching the .NET debugger to process xxx on machine xxx failed. Error code ox8004001"

    And this:

"An unhandled exception of type ‘System.ArgumentException’ occurred in Unknown Module."

    + this:

"An unhandled exception of type ‘System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException’ occurred in Unknown Module."

-with starting a new Visual Basic.NET WindowsApplication-Project a NOT touching a single line of code, you really getting tired of the buggy Visual Studio .NET 2003 and the .NET framework 1.1.

-You guys at Microsoft, fix your current problems with your current versions before attempting to develop and build antoher one, because it´s just gonna get you into more problems, because of not solving bugs with eralier "versions".

Well i guess you´ve just low on cash or whats behind all of that?

    -From: Disappointed programmer.

Just hoping the new Visual Studio 2005 will fix all the bogs of version 2003. I get disappointed that I had to keep working around several misbehaviours. Eg. SelectedItem property of combo box turns to DataRowView each time the control is bound to a DataTable or DataView. Assigning the SelectedItem to a String returns throws an exception.
