This ARCast drills into how workflow enabled solutions are designed, stored and used in Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2007 (MOSS).  Different authoring tools and techniques are explained including how to create no-code workflows using Office SharePoint Designer 2007 and custom workflows using the Windows Workflow Foundation plug-in to Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.  Lastly, John compares and contrast the capabilities of workflow enabled solutions using MOSS, native WF in Framework 3.0 and BizTalk 2006.
