I have recently posted a streaming video of my presentation entitled 'Why User Experience Matters'. This 50 minute diatribe outlines a simple but useful framework for describing interactions with devices and software from a users perspective. I then delve into 5 user experience scenarios, their associated technology stacks and architectures. Smart Client, Web 2.0, WPF, WPF/e and Gaming are discussed.
