System Center 2012 SP1 公開、Windows Azure services for Windows Server リリース
ハイブリットクラウドやデバイスを含む IT システムの運用管理プラットフォームである Microsoft System Center 2012 SP1 が 2012 年 12 月に RTM となり、先行して MSDN / TechNet サブスクライバー向けに公開されていましたが、この度公開がアナウンスされました。合わせて Windows Azure Web サイト のサービスを Windows Server 上でホストできる Windows Azure services for Windows Server のサービスもリリースとなっています。
Windows Server および Windows Azure を軸として、社内環境 および マイクロソフトや他社のデータセンターにわたって継続性のあるプラットフォームを提供するという ”Cloud OS” と呼ばれるビジョンの元、System Center はハイブリットクラウド環境の管理を自動化などを含めて効率化・軽減できます。
