AdaptiveIndexDefrag and Maintenance Solution moved to GitHub

Hello all,

While I will continue to keep the blog updated in what relates to AID and the Maintenance Solution, all files have moved to GitHub as part of the Tiger Toolbox (https://github.com/Microsoft/tigertoolbox), for easier management and access.

Also, it's easier submit suggestions or bugs, and to keep up with any updates by subscribing to any changes, as they are uploaded.

Thanks for all the continued feedback and support for these maintenance solutions.
