Biztalk: Reconfigure biztalk - Commerce Adapter

whenever we unconfigure and configure biztalk 2006 and if we were using biztalk commerce server 2007 adapters.

we need to repair the Commerce server 2007 adapters. because it redeploys some essential schemas which i believe get lost during unconfiguration.

The weird thing was it allowed us to add the adapters and configure it in the send ports though..
