This event is for startups and small ISVs who are running, or considering running, their business on Azure. This event will help BizSpark participants understand their options for purchasing Azure once they graduate the BizSpark program
The events are being run because Microsoft Australia have noticed that many customers purchasing Azure Cloud Services do so with a credit card. This is a convenient purchasing model, but may not always offer the best benefits from a pricing or ease of management perspective.
This event will explain the additional options that are available to Startups and Microsoft ISV Partners as well as detailing the current Azure offers and promotions that are available.
Licensing Specialists from two key Microsoft resellers will be in attendance and will present on the Open License program and the Enterprise Agreement license program.
In addition, staff from the Microsoft DX (Developer Experience) team will present on how the DX team engages with local Startups and ISVs who are building businesses on Azure and the assistance they can provide.
The event is targeted at people responsible for purchasing cloud services. Delegates will leave this event with a clear understanding of the Azure procurement options open to their organisation as well as an understanding of how Microsoft engages with Australian ISVs and Startups.
The event will run for one and a half hours and refreshments will be provided. Events are being run in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Please register for the event directly with Microsoft using the following link. Hitting RSVP on the Meetup invite will not pass your registration details through to Microsoft – you need to register directly via the link below.
