18 April, 2013 | Brisbane

Our BizSpark Network Partner River City Labs is hosting a fantastic event tomorrow evening with AIMIA in QLD.

Most digital agencies and website development firms have been founded by youthful, passionate programmers, designers and entrepreneurs seeking a goal that once achieved provide them a ‘lifestyle’ business. Very few understand or have even considered an exit strategy until this stage.

This session is aimed at discussing way in which business owners and managers of digital business can create value through the development of intellectual property, client portfolios, and sustainable and renewable revenue streams that underpin improved business valuations.

It will address tactics, techniques and ideas that build barriers to price driven competitors, methods for exploring and developing Intellectual Property that can be commercialized and other ways in which tangible value can be created and sustained.
