Unable to launch Report Builder from Report Manager when running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2

After installing IE 7 Beta 2, I'm somewhat dismayed to find the Report Builder button in Report Manager no longer functions. When you click the button, IE appears to incorrectly come to the conclusion the the 2.0 framework is not installed on your machine. You basically get prompted to install the framework even if it is installed.

Ironically, this worked fine in Beta 1...The workaround, of course, is to launch Report Builder manually: https://myServer/reportserver/reportbuilder/reportbuilder.application
