My name is Bill Ramos and I'm a Principal Program Manager on the SQL Server Manageability team. I used to hang out on the http://blogs.msdn.com/sqlrem team blog, but I'm striking it out on my own to be more personable. My current focus within the SQL Server team is on two fronts: the SSMS user experiance; and Performance Troubleshooting. For the SQL Server 2008 release, I led the team to develop the Data Collector, Historical Reports, and new Activity Monitor, so you can expect many of my posts to be in this area. Comments are welcome.
