Here are a couple of quick tips for those of you doing demos and generating excitement about your products, which many of us at Microsoft do, or at least try to do :-) 

  1. A book by Peter E. Cohan: Great Demo: How to Create and Execute Stunning Software Demonstrations
  2. Guy Kawasaki's Top 10 Rules for Evangelism as transcribed by Paul Williams.
