If you've been to a MSDN Unleashed event in Omaha, Des Moines, St. Louis, Marshall, Sioux Falls or Kansas City and are wondering where to get the demo code we wrote, I've posted it to the downloads section of www.benkoTips.com. It includes the samples we wrote for SQL 2008 as well as the Silverlight 2.0 Application. Note that to make the Linq to Amazon query work you'll need to register for Amazon Web Services and replace the key in the demo code with your own.
