One (Fullname) Two (Firstname, Lastname) Three (Firstname, Middlename, Lastname) Four (Title, Firstname, Middlename, Lastname) …   Check out the schema published by the HR-XML Consortium for the very same problem: PersonName 1.2 recommendation.   Pretty interesting how complicated naming can be!
