Microsoft Trust Center–One Microsoft in Action

Many of you have probably been to the Azure Trust Center. It was the place where you could find white papers, articles and videos about security and compliance for the Azure platform.

That information let you know about things we do to secure the Azure platform so that you can have confidence to host your data and services on Azure. It also served to let you know that we have a number of compliance certifications that help demonstrate that we’ve done what we’ve described in these security areas.

The Azure Trust Center was great – but it didn’t really tell the entire Microsoft cloud security and compliance story. As we move forward into the cloud, we realize that Azure security and Azure compliance is intertwined with other Microsoft cloud services. Our Azure customers are interested in connecting with Office 365, Intune, and Dynamics CRM. All of these Microsoft cloud services can work with each other and with Azure.

There should be no doubt that we’re all-in with One Microsoft and especially One Microsoft Cloud. Azure, Intune, Office 365 and Dynamics CRM are all part of that Microsoft cloud, and there could be others in the future. So to show that we really mean it, that you can trust the Microsoft cloud, we present to you a unified Microsoft Trust Center.

Given that we’re all about Azure security here at the Azure Security Team blog, I’m sure you want to find the trust center content for Azure. No problem! You can find the information you used to find in the Azure Trust Center over in the Azure security section of the Microsoft Trust Center.

The Azure Security Team was deeply embedded in creating the Azure security content, so we hope you find it easy to use as well as useful. We’ll continue to update the Azure Security content in the Microsoft Trust Center over time – because the cloud changes quickly and we want to help you keep up with those changes.

Visit the Azure Security section of the Microsoft Trust Center and let us know how it works for you. Specifically:

  • What content needs to be updated?
  • What content is missing?
  • What forms of presentation do you prefer (white papers, downloads, videos, podcasts, other)?
  • What can we do to make the site better to answer your Azure security questions?
