Move from LiveFyre commenting to GitHub issues on docs.microsoft.com

On March 15th, we will be transitioning the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations site on docs.microsoft.com to use GitHub Issues for feedback and comments, instead of using LiveFyre for threaded discussions.
