If some of the users experience the issue
while running an auto report even with minimum amount of data, that can be
cause by the client configuration used by the user. Usually you can see that
for some users the autoreport works very fast while for the others it takes minutes.
To solve this issue you can try:
If you are using the configuration from
registry – try to refresh the WCF services by clicking Refresh button in
Microsoft Dynamics AX Configuration Utility
You can also create a new configuration or use exact
the same configuration which are using the users who not have a problem.
