Cloud Platform University is Back in 2016!

Following its successful roll out last year, Cloud Platform University (CPU) is back in 2016, with some important updates and changes for partners that I wanted to share with you. The below information will help you get up to speed and know where to go for more information and registration for both Cloud Platform University Online training and Cloud Platform University Roadshow in-person workshops.

New online courses added Cloud Platform University Online (CPO) is interactive, scenario-based training that educates those in sales and pre-sales roles on foundational elements of selling Microsoft cloud technology.

Courses consist of videos, case studies, forum discussions, applied assignments, and feedback opportunities. Each course takes place over a four-week period, but participants complete them at their convenience during the timeframe for minimal disruption to daily work. Those who complete a course receive a badge to use on their social media profiles to signify their expertise.

The five original CPO courses will be offered again and are open for partner registration now.

2016 roadshow workshops focus on partners Cloud Platform University Roadshow (CPR) workshops provide deep, 300-level in-person training that give participants the opportunity to learn, practice and stay sharp on strategic Microsoft cloud scenarios.

This year, CPR deliveries specifically target Infrastructure, Data Platform and Cloud Architect Professionals from NSI and SI partner companies. Workshops are designed to train partners to take one of three Azure technical certification exams, respectively. A fourth track will also train partners who are proficient on AWS about equivalent Azure technology.
