Partner Advisory Hours

All Microsoft Partner Network members are eligible for Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical support through the Partner Support Community. If you’re a Silver or Gold Competency partner, or an Action Pack partner that has already made a cloud sale, your membership also includes an allocation of Partner Advisory Hours – 20, 50 and 5, respectively – providing access to the Technical Presales and Advisory Services teams. Use your hours for assistance with public cloud solutions, hybrid scenarios, or for limited on-premises only solutions (including Windows 10, Windows Server, Dynamics AX, and SQL Server).

Please note: you must be associated to your organisation’s Microsoft Partner Network account in order to submit a request.

 

Technical Pre-Sales Assistance

Gain a competitive advantage to win more deals through technical pre-sales support. Request technical consultation and customised guidance throughout the presales process.

Examples of technical pre-sales assistance include:

  • Proof-of-concept guidance
  • Business value proposition
  • Competitive assistance
  • Feature overview and comparison guidance
  • Request for proposal (RFP) questions
  • Technical licensing recommendations

For requests outside of the qualified Technical Presales Assistance core benefit, a partner technical consultant will assess your need and scope the number of partner advisory hours required.

Develop better solutions, accelerate deployment and increase consumption with personalised technical assistance during the design, development and deployment phases of your projects. Examples of advisory services to accelerate deployment and increase consumption include:

  • Migration and deployment planning
  • Scenario guidance and solution architecture
