If you’re a Silver or Gold Competency partner, or an Action Pack partner that has already made a cloud sale, your membership also includes an allocation of Partner Advisory Hours – 20, 50 and 5, respectively – providing access to the Technical Presales and Advisory Services teams. Use your hours for assistance with public cloud solutions, hybrid scenarios, or for limited on-premises only solutions (including Windows 10, Windows Server, Dynamics AX, and SQL Server).
Please note: you must be associated to your organisation’s Microsoft Partner Network account in order to submit a request.
Technical Pre-Sales Assistance
