As 2015 winds down, it’s time to start thinking about what’s next for you and your business. What do you want to achieve in the year ahead… with customers, with colleagues, with us?

These are the questions that framed our thinking when we began evolving the Cloud Champion series to the newest program for Partners in Australia called NEXT.

What is NEXT?

NEXT is a program that will guide you through relevant business strategies, sales approaches & modern marketing to enable you to spend more time working on your business rather than in your business.

You’ll hear from industry experts on how to create repeatable solutions for customers, evaluate current marketing efforts and build skills in a cloud and mobile first world.

Whether you’re new to the Partner Network, looking to extend your reach in the cloud or hungry to finesse your business acumen, we’ll have content that works for you.

NEXT is headed your way at the end of January 2016. In the meantime, I have two resources to get you started.

1. Assess your performance. Predict your potential.

Knowing where your business stands – and where it’s headed – is a powerful thing. It’s why we created the SureStep Profitability Assessment for download, it’s an interactive tool that can quickly assess your current cloud proficiency and plot it out against potential performance.

2. Understand the way your customers buy cloud products

A big part of building a successful cloud business is getting to grips with how your customers think and behave when shopping for solutions. The journey from exploration to advocacy involves a number of stages that need to be completed quickly and efficiently, all of which are outlined in this practical video by IDC’s Research Manager Gerry Murray.
