Accelerating your business value

Hello! Good morning/afternoon/evening to you depending on where you are…

Some of you may have seen me at WPC over the last 10 years, some at #MSAPC15 on the Gold Coast (what a great event that was!) or some earlier this year delivering a number of workshops for Microsoft Australia… So, who am I? 

I’m Luke Debono, co-founder of incredibleresults - our MO is about helping IT companies be more successful - be that Vendors or Partners. Typically (but not always), we work with the strategic management teams of these organisations to help them grow their personal and company value. 

For the last 4 incredible years, I have worked with many Partner owners and management teams in the UK, Western Europe and here in Australia to support them in running more effective businesses or new practices. Prior to incredible, I worked at Microsoft UK for 7 years in a variety of partner roles. Outside of work, I have a passion for endurance sporting events (Ironman triathlon really) and at the weekend you will find me either on my bike, swimming or running the coastline of Sydney’s beaches. 

For the next 12 months, I will be working with Microsoft Australia to help Partners increase their value – you may have heard of this as an initiative called Partner Profitability and you can find out a lot more at the Profitability Challenge

So what can you expect? LOTS in short! You will hear from me every Wednesday (except today) via this Blog where I will share new ideas, content to challenge your thinking, heaps of resources to help you grow your business, webinars, community calls and much more! That’s in addition to delivering face to face workshops for you to participate in and whilst on that subject, here’s the schedule for the October Workshops… workshops running in October.

The first resource I want to share with you is located here it’s a great place to start! A significant amount of content and training is available to help you grow your business. Covering topics such as business model transformation, driving profitability with packaged IP as well as useful models to think about your business challenges over the coming 18 months.
