We have teamed up with Hui Cheng to deliver a half day workshop for Microsoft Partners during which she will walk through some key financial modelling tools that you can tailor to your own organisation and adjust, depending on changing circumstances and your own services offerings, to give you a view of the impact on your business during the first years of offering online services. You can take this back to your business to drive further depth discussions on your strategy and business plan for growing your cloud business.
