Training goals:

The main goal of these training courses is to prepare existing Microsoft O365 Partners to start selling and implementing Dynamics CRM OL in Open. After these trainings you should be able to:

  • Understand the value proposition of adding CRMOL in Open to your MS solutions and effectively communicate this to customers
  • Understand key functionality and user scenarios
  • How to attach CRMOL to an existing O365 deal and understand the CRMOL in Open licensing model.
  • Understand what it takes to sell and implement a primary business solution.
  • Understand the importance of the right market focus, positioning and marketing

Roles focus:

The training courses will be primarily focused on O365 Partners (Resellers and Distributors), sales/tele-sales/pre-sales and marketing roles.

Training:

  • In the “Sales Basic” training, all the topics below will be delivered in the first half of the day.
  • The “Sales Advanced” course will start on the second half of the first day and will continue to the end of the next day (1.5 days).
