The Partner Learning Centre (PLC) is the central training database where learners can register for classroom training, online training and consume on-demand training. To get access to the PLC, Partners will need to log-in using an associated Windows Live ID, that has been associated to a Partner Organisation.
The Simplified Association Process tool provides a quick and efficient way for you to update your current Windows Live ID or connect it to your company's Microsoft Partner Network profile.
