This workshop is designed to prepare Microsoft Partners for the MPN (Microsoft Partner Network) Sales or Presales Assessments and is formatted into 4 Live Meeting sessions:
- First 2-hour session is for both SALES and PRESALES professionals.
It will cover solution sales concepts and MSSP (Microsoft Solution Selling Process), with practical examples given
around Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Participants will also learn how to start using social media to improve
outcomes in each phase of MSSP.
- Second 2-hours session is for SALES professionals.
It will focus on how to uncover and convey value to customers, and will illustrate this with examples across the
- Third 2-hours session is for PRESALES professionals.
It will focus on practical skills associated with discovering key information at a prospect customer and delivering
impactful and effective demos.
- Final 4-hour session is for both SALES and PRESALES professionals.
This session is designed to prepare you for writing the assessment. It will provide Q&A opportunities. Participants are
expected to complete the MPN Sales or Presales Assessments at the end of the session.
