  • 62 per cent of respondents in April 2010 expected to recruit in the next six months, while only eight per cent were not planning to recruit in the next six months.
  • More companies are reporting that their interns have become employees in the last 12 months – 77 per cent compared to 48 per cent in 2009
  • One-third of respondents reported that Microsoft certification was very important for recent graduates compared to only 17 per cent in 2009
