FAST Search for Internet Sites: Developers
This five-day instructor-led course provides students with a foundation for creating enterprise search solutions which leverage out-of-the-box FSIS components. Students learn how to configure standard content connector applications, document processing stages and customise content feeding using Content Transformation Services. Students learn how to leverage the FAST Query Language, Query API and IMS UI Toolkit to build search driven applications. Students also use Interaction Management Services (IMS) to merge results from multiple search engines into a federated search application.
Search with SharePoint 2010: Advanced Search for IT Professionals and Developers I & II
The five-day sequence instructor-led course for developers/programmers provides students with skills needed to create enterprise search solutions that leverage out-of-the-box FAST Search for SharePoint components. This course also provides students with skills needed to design, install, administer, and monitor enterprise search solutions using Search for SharePoint. Student must purchase both I & II courses to receive savings.
