Kieran illustrates how Microsoft certifications have furthered his career, as he states below:
“ When I first started my MCSE Certifications, I was a junior consultant for my company. The knowledge that was reinforced with the self study guides, as well as the confidence that I actually knew my stuff, gave me a definite advantage over my peers. 6 months after completing my certification, I became head of my department, and helped my company to achieve MS Gold Partner status. I found that having MCSE Certification gave me a distinct advantage during pre-sales technical advice, as it was a clear indication that I knew Best Practices, as opposed to needing to convince clients that I do.
