Microsoft Partner Network Update!

Earlier today “The Value of Earning a Microsoft Competency – Summary Guide” was posted to the Microsoft Portal. This guide provides a preview and general overview about how to earn competencies and how they can differentiate your business. The full version of “The Value of Earning a Microsoft Competency Guide” will be posted early next week.

At a high level the table below is a summary for the majority of the Competency and Advanced Competency requirements. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that Competency and Advanced Competency area’s within the Microsoft Partner Network do not equal Gold Certified and Certified Partner levels today.

The Microsoft Australia Partner team will continue to review and assess the changes in the guide to see how this will affect our Partners locally. If you have any feedback please send this to me .

For more information please contact your Partner Account Manager, email me at or chat to me via the IM function on this blog.
