KNOWN ISSUE: Profiling data in the Object Lifetime view is not valid when using sampling

Problem: When viewing a report generated using managed sampling with object allocation and object lifetime collection turned on, the data in the Object Lifetime view is not valid. 

Workaround: For valid data, use managed instrumentation profiling with object allocation and object lifetime collection turned on.
