Chris Sells points out an internal Microsoft
email thread which the Channel 9 team
is sharing with the world. 

One of the things which floored me when I first joined Microsoft was
the quality (and quantity) of the internal discussions.  It is one of
the only places I know where the email threads are often just
as productive/creative as face-to-face brainstorming
sessions.
